How do you take measurements?

- How do they measure chest circumference:
- Not to be confused with your bra size!
- Put on a bra without padding (Your dress has a built-in bra)
- Let your arms hang loosely at your sides.
- Measure around the widest part of your chest
- How do you measure waist circumference
- Find the natural waistline
- This is the narrowest part of the waist.
- Usually about 1 inch (approximately 2.5 cm) above the belly button
- Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose so that you have enough room to breathe.
- How do you measure hip circumference?
- Find the widest part of your huts
- Normally about 7 inches (approximately 18 cm) below the natural waistline
- The measuring tape should lightly brush over the hip bones.
- How do you take size (from crown to floor with shoes)
- Stand up straight, feet together
- Please stand barefoot while measuring.
- Measure the straight distance from the collarbone to the floor.
- How do you get from throat to floor?
- Stand up straight, feet together
- Please stand barefoot for leg measurements.
- Start from the cave between the collarbones

General Return Policy
We at Misshow.de take great pride in our handcrafted products and strive to ensure the highest quality for each and every item. Due to the nature of our production process, we regret to inform our customers that we do not support the practice of "buying many, keeping one"
. We ask our customers to carefully consider their purchases and only order the items they truly wish to keep. We have implemented strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards before they are shipped to our customers. In the event that a product does not meet our quality standards, we are happy to offer a replacement or a refund
1. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your items to initiate the return process.
Please note that we only accept products in their original condition and cannot process returned products that are sent back without our knowledge. If you wish to return part or all of your order, you must contact customer service under Contact and provide the return address, which must be included with your package. ( we do not have a return label, you should create the address for postage yourself and pay for the return postage fees)
2. Color Errors: If the color of the received item does not match the ordered one, you are entitled to a full refund.

Order Cancellation
We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is a very important endeavor, and our cancellation policy has been formulated with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials cannot be reused. Please note that you still have time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation notice below.

Cancellation Policy
We know that it is very important for you to order a dress for your special occasion, and with that, we have the cancellation policy. However, it is IMPORTANT to note that our dresses and some accessories are made to order and everything starts from scratch (including the standard size). And the materials cannot be reused once the creation process has begun. The good news is that after your order, there is still time for you to change your mind.
Please refer to our cancellation and return shipping policy below for details:
Cancellation of all dress orders within 12 hours entitles you to a full refund.
Cancellation of all dress orders within 24 hours entitles you to a partial refund of 70%.
All dress orders cannot be canceled or exchanged after 24 hours.
Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, it is recommended that you check the dress to ensure it meets your order specifications. Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, washing, or removing the label. Please note that you must contact us to initiate the return process.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please ensure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with intact and attached labels. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Shipped Items
You are entitled to a full refund if your items are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must request "damage proof" documentation from your carrier, which should be included with your return.
Size or Fit Issues
Since all our dresses are hand-sewn and custom-made, the finished dress may vary by approximately 2.5 cm in either direction from the specified measurements. To ensure your dress fits perfectly, our tailors have reserved extra fabric in the seams to allow for minor modifications.
Size Deviation
Due to lighting, display, and other factors, the color of the image and the actual color of the product may have slight differences. The color representation will be based on Apple devices.
Due to the manufacturing process of the material, the color of each batch may vary slightly.
We insist on continuous improvement of the manufacturing process to minimize color differences.
If your dress size deviates by more than one inch from the specifications of your order, you should consult a local tailor for adjustments. In this case, we offer a limited reimbursement for alterations. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. To apply for a refund, a copy of the receipt must be submitted.
Item is the ordered size but does not fit
Please understand that items that do not fit properly but match the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. You have the option to seek a local tailoring service at your own expense. Please note that a size change may not be possible if your order specifications differ significantly from the final size request.
Color Deviation
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the images displayed on the website. Minor color deviations may not indicate that the dress is defective or incorrectly shipped. However, if you are sure that you received the item in the wrong color, please contact customer service to see if a return or refund is possible
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
1. No returns or exchanges for personalized items.
2. No returns or exchanges for perishable goods, earrings (including jewelry sets with earrings), and body care items (including lingerie, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
3. Since all items (including standard sizes) are made to order, we cannot accommodate the "buy many, keep one" purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order that is believed to have been placed with this intent.
Return Process
1. Send a return request to customer service under Contact within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a statement and photos with the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from our customer service.
2. Once our customer service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a product return form that must be filled out and included with your return. Please send the items within 3-5 business days after receiving the return form from your local post office. Please keep the tracking number safe.
3. All returned items will be inspected. We will process the refund if we confirm that the product has the issues you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it typically takes 10-15 business days for the amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
4. The original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.
5. All returns must be paid for by you!

Production time and shipping information
Before you order our goods, it is very important to familiarize yourself with our tailoring and shipping information. The processing time for your order may vary slightly depending on the item you ordered.

Finished goods
A selection of our products is ready-made, meaning these items are in stock and ready for shipment. Processing before shipping usually takes less than 48 hours. These items include fitting dresses, clearance items, sales, and fabric samples, which are marked on the product detail page with "Ready to ship in 48h."
Made-to-order items
Most of our products are made to order, which means we only start sewing once an order has been confirmed. It may take several weeks for us to complete an item before it can be shipped. We accept rush orders, and the processing time will be determined according to the specific situation with an additional fee.
The cutting time varies from category to category. Please refer to the estimated production times in the table below.

• We work hard to ensure that every package is delivered on time and in good condition, but once the package leaves our facilities, we have little control over what happens to the package.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to see what we can do to help if something goes wrong during shipping.
• Inquire with your neighbors, the rest of your household, your leasing office, and/or your property manager if the package was accidentally accepted or delivered (which happens from time to time).
• If it was marked as delivered in the last 24 hours, give it another day (unless your event is urgent), as carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered prematurely. Please contact us if it does not show up within 48 hours.
• Please note that our system will automatically update your order status to "All completed" if you do not confirm the delivery due to shipping delays after 30 days from the shipping date. Please be assured that you can still check the tracking for updates, and the 14-day return window starts from the day you receive the package according to the tracking. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
Still on the move:
• The carrier may have been delayed and has updated its estimated delivery window. As long as the tracking status has been recently updated (in the last 2-3 days), everything should be fine; just wait for the package to be delivered.
• If you are still concerned, you can contact the carrier directly to see if you can get an update. The carrier always has the most current information.
• When the goods arrive at customs, you must cooperate with customs and complete the necessary formalities. Since customs duties are a measure of the local government, you must bear the corresponding costs set by the local government.
Important notes
• Please note that processing/cutting times may sometimes be extended, especially between January and March.
• For custom-made items, it may take several weeks to complete an item before it can be shipped. For example, customizing wedding dresses can take several weeks, plus additional time (which varies from country to country) for shipping and delivery. Therefore, we recommend ordering customizations 1.5-3 months before your event. This can also help avoid delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or issues with the carrier.
• An estimated delivery window will be provided on the checkout page. It will be displayed under the shipping methods.
• We recommend not to order custom-made items earlier than 3-4 months before your event date. This should allow enough time for production, delivery, and any necessary alterations (as is common with formal wear).
• All dresses in custom sizes are non-returnable.
• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you purchase a dress and find it unsuitable, you will need to initiate a return.
