There may be certain places where we need additional information for shipping. If such a rare event occurs, we will contact you AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Q: How can I choose the size based on EU or US standards?
A: We offer standard US sizes and custom measurements. You can choose the best option to make your dress. If you have concerns about the size, we suggest that you choose the custom size. Please first get the professional measurements and fill in the exact measurements when placing an order.
Q: Do you have retail stores in my country?
A: All our trade is done online, and we do not have bridal retail stores yet.
Q: What should I do if I want to make some changes to the dress, like adding lace or changing the back style? Do I have to pay extra?
A: It is no problem to make some changes to the dress, and please clearly explain to us where you would like to make changes. We offer free alterations for simple changes, such as adding padding or lace. We charge a reasonable fee for some complicated alterations. Once we see your requirements, we will contact you first.

Q: How can I check my order status?
A: After you place your order and want to know the status of your dress, please log in to our website and click on "My Orders" to check it. If there are no new updates, you can email us at service@misshow.de, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
Q: How can I choose the style when there are many styles in one picture? Like styles A, B, C, D in a picture for a bridesmaid dress?
A: If there are more than two styles on the website, especially for some bridesmaid dresses, you can note your requests in the "Order Notes" or email us about it along with the order number when you purchase it. Then we will make it for you.
Q: How can I get a discount if I choose different sizes for a dress?
A: If you want to buy many identical dresses but in different sizes, you can choose all dresses in the same size to get the discount. Please let us know the different sizes in the "Order Notes" or email us with the information and also the order number you received when shopping. Then we will do it for you.
Q: If I order this dress in a standard size, can I return it if it doesn't fit? Or if I simply don't like it?
A: If we send the wrong or unmatched dress, you can return it within 14 days, and we will take all responsibility and provide you with a top solution to your best satisfaction. Unfortunately, returns without reason are not accepted because each dress you order is made entirely according to your specifications from the beginning, and it does not come from stock. Therefore, please measure your body accurately with the help of our size chart on the website. We provide size and color consultation for your good use.
Q: Can I change the size and color of my dress after payment?
A: If you want to change the size or color within 24 hours after payment, please simply contact us. We will check and change it for you. If the time exceeds 24 hours, please also contact us. Our customer service will check if it can be changed.
