4.8 Steps to register on Misshow.de
Step 1: Register a customer account at Misshow.de. If you have already created a customer account, you can log in with your email address and personal password. Unfortunately, it is not possible to order from us without a customer account.
Step 2: Enter your customer data including delivery address. If your address differs from the delivery address, please inform us immediately.
Step 3: Choose how you would like to pay for your order.
Step 4: Under Check and Order, you have the opportunity to review and possibly change all information (e.g., name, address, payment method, ordered item). By clicking the "Order Now" button, you place a non-binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The order is only binding after payment has been received.
Step 5: Under the My Account and Account Settings category, you can change your password at any time. Delivery addresses can be changed under Manage Address Book. To change your email address, please send an email to our customer service with your new and old email address, and they will change it manually for you.
4.9 To delete your account on Misshow.de, please contact our customer service, and they will manually delete your account for you and send you an email as confirmation.

If not all ordered products are available for delivery at the desired time, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense, as far as this is reasonable for you.
13.2 No Delivery Possible
If the delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you immediately.

14. Customs and Import Fees
14.1 We do not charge customs fees when shipping our packages. Any customs or import fees that may arise upon delivery are solely at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. Customs in some countries may open packages for inspection and impose customs or import fees. We have no influence over such occurrences.
14.2 The amount of customs fees is variable and depends on the purchase price.
14.3 Effective December 1, 2008, the maximum limit for duty-free import of goods in all EU member states has been increased to 150 euros per shipment, meaning that up to 150 euros in goods value, each shipment to the EU is duty-free.
14.4 If you choose DHL as the shipping method and unfortunately have to pay import fees, the DHL employee will collect money (20-25 euros) at your doorstep on behalf of the customs office. Import fees typically amount to about 20.00-25.00 euros.
For further import exemptions and the current customs rates, taxes, and fees, please refer to the customs website of your home country or your local customs office.

15. Liability
We exclude our liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, unless they concern essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or guarantees or claims under the Product Liability Act. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents.
